The 2018 Lenstec Optical Group Customer Satisfaction Survey is up and running.

Your feedback is invaluable to us, allowing for further enhancement across all aspects of our business, including: ordering customer service and IT, production, quality and delivery as well helping us focus our ongoing equipment and service development and investment strategy.
Lenstec are a committed to Investors in People sixth generation standard. The group is also accredited to the ISO13485:2016 medical devices manufacturing quality management system standard, which is externally audited.
In 2017 over 70% of the customers we contacted completed the survey, leading to hundreds of action points and a number of new projects.
