Lenstec Optical Group Customer Satisfaction Survey 2017

The 2017 Lenstec Optical Group Customer Satisfaction Survey is now live.

2017 is proving to be a very busy year for us as a business, which has given rise to number of changes and new opportunities. Our successful exhibit at 100% Optical was a great start to the year. Seeing so many of you at the show gave us the chance to talk and listen to your opinions. We are always striving to build strong partnerships with our customers and leading optical manufacturers as it enables us to deliver outstanding quality and service to you.

Lenstec Optical Group will be assessed against the ISO13485 medical devices quality management standard and the Investors In People generation 6 standard this year to demonstrate our commitment to product and service quality. As part of this assessment we are launching a new online Customer Satisfaction Survey for 2017.

Your views

At Lenstec Optical Group we value the views and thoughts of our customers. Your replies will enable us to improve our Quality Management System and Investors In People programmes and procedures. We are committed to providing the independent optical sector with the best service and rise to the ever increasing challenges that lie ahead. Your views are a very important part of how we develop.

For us to invest in the latest technology, related training and improvement of our services, we really do need your views. We look forward to your comments and would like to personally thank you for your continued support and participation in this survey.

Active customers who complete the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win £200 worth of our EXCEED powered by Camber Technology lenses.

Our 2017 Customer Satisfaction Survey comprises of 10 questions and should take no longer than 90 seconds to complete. All information collected will be used to help us improve our performance so we would be grateful if you could spend a couple of minutes completing the survey
