Reporting to the board are a knowledgeable, well trained management team with long standing experience within their fields.
Here are some of the team:
Matthew Castle – General Manager
Matthew has 10 years’ experience working with Lenstec and is responsible for the efficient day to day running of Lenstec’s Production sites. Responsible for two 24 hour production sites using the latest technology glazing machinery and management of our quality systems including BS EN ISO 13485:2016.
Roy Wilkinson – Assistant General Manager
Roy has been with Lenstec for just under 20 years. Roy has an excellent optical knowledge in all areas and is very experienced within all roles of Lenstec.
Andrea Jones – Customer Care Manager
Andrea has been at the heart of Lenstec’s excellent Customer Care Team for over 20 years and ensures that our Customer Care team deliver and meet the expectations to our Customer on a daily basis.
Gavin Rees – Sports Lab and Specials Room Manager
Gavin has been with Lenstec for 15 years and is responsible for the quality within our Specials Room and our Sports Lab. Gavin has extensive knowledge of both the latest Nidek and MEI equipment and maintenance.
Amanda Hampton – Entry Manager
Amanda has been with Lenstec since 2017, but has over 20 years’ experience within different areas of the Industry. Amanda is responsible for ensuring that all customers’ orders are processed both efficiently and accurately.
Teresa Stocker – HR & Training Manager
Teresa has been with Lenstec since 2014 and has been the driving force behind our current procedures and processes, heavily involved in culture and recruitment at all of our Lenstec Sites. Teresa has exceptional knowledge of BS EN ISO 13485:2016 and our excellent accreditation with Investors In People.
